• Christian Cotten is a French citizen and a retired psycho-sociologist, who had already attacked the powers-that-be in 2010, related to the absurd way the “bird flu threat” had been dealt with back then.
• He knows the Brigittegate affair well, has followed it since the beginning, and decided it was time for France to face up to the crimes explained in the A Huge Political Affair page.
• He filed a case against “X” (unknown person; not to be confused with Elon Musk’s social media platform, formerly Twitter, and renamed in that very weird way) as a legal strategy, leaving it up to the judge to name the culprits.
  Obviously this is about Brigitte Macron, but also about the people around her, as she would never have been able to pull off what she did on her own: a lot of people must have been and still be helping her in her successful and official impersonation of Brigitte Trogneux for all these years.
• On July 16, 2025, the court rejected this case with the claim that Christian Cotten does not personally suffer from the alleged situation in which Brigitte Macron would be Jean-Michel Trogneux.
  This is a cheap way to scrap the case, because identity theft is not a crime someone needs to personally be a victim of to be accepted. It’s a crime against society as a whole.
• Christian has refiled the case together with other concerned citizens, mainly women, and with the added accusations of Violation of the dignity of womanhood and Transphobe attitude, behaviour, speech and practices, as the Tenth Case.
