permission to register the verdict in first instance of the Third Case
and the verdict in appeal of the Second Case as forgeries
- We don’t have the details of this new case yet, and don’t know if it has already been filed.
- However, it is a highly important request for the development of the cassation procedure of the Third Case and the other cases that Natacha has filed in reaction to what happened in the Second and Third Case.
- Specifically the verdict in first instance of the Third Case was loudly and triumphantly reported on as if it had proven that Brigitte Macron was born a woman, while in both cases the claims of “defamation” were made on the basis of interpretations of a summary of the famous 4-hour long video of December 10, 2021.
- The whole transcript of the video, 91 pages, was attested by a bailiff on the request of Brigitte Macron herself.
- This transcript does not contain the phrases and accusations that Natacha Rey and Amandine Roy were originally convicted for, and hence, the whole procedure of the court claiming these accusations to be the actual words of Natacha and Amandine is forgery: they put words in the mouths of the women that were never pronounced by them.
- The first step towards this new case was a request to the president of the Cassation Court to have the verdict of the 17th Chamber of the Correctional Tribunal of Paris as well as that of the Appeals Court in Caen legally registered as forgeries.
- The request was rejected, and Natacha will now file a new court case to obtain the registration as forgeries.
