Fraudulent rejection of her request to appeal in cassation

• Like the Seventh Case and the request to the European Court of Human Rights, this case is also a direct reaction to the verdicts and happenings of the Second Case: the case of the Auzières against Natacha Rey and Amandine Roy.
• After the Appeals Court in Caen had upheld the verdict of the Lisieux Court, Natacha had requested cassation, but the Cassation Court had refused this request, claiming that Natacha’s signature had been forged.
  The court also claimed that if the plaintiff did not accept the fact that the accusers used the redacted passages of the video as evidence, this should have been contested immediately, at the trial of first instance in Lisieux. Remember that the convocation for the hearing in Lisieux was delivered to Natacha and Amandine only a month after the hearing had taken place, and that therefore nobody of the defendant side had been present.
• Therefore Natacha has filed a complaint a case against the cassation judges for unlawfully rejecting her request.
• These judges are also appointed by Macron’s Ministers of Justice, thereby owing their jobs to the Macron administration, creating a possible conflict of interest.
• Natacha has also requested that these same judges be recused and cannot be the judges deciding on the request for cassation of Brigitte Macron and the general prosecutor in the Third Case.
