THE TENTH CASE
Christian Cotten raises an army against Brigitte

TENTH CASE: JULY 24, 2025, PARIS
CHRISTIAN COTTEN, ALEXANDRA BRAZZAINVILLE,
STÉPHANIE REYNAUD &
over 100 French citizens
vs
X
Identity theft
Forgery by a state representative
Forgery
Statutory rape of a minor by a person in a position of power
Illegal marriage
Usurpation of function
Fraud in the face of justice
Treason
Violation of the dignity of womanhood
Transphobe attitude, behaviour, speech and practices
- After the Paris Judicial Tribunal had rejected the case that Christian Cotten had filed against “X” (Brigitte Macron and her accomplices, not identified by the plaintiffs; not the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, see the Sixth Case), on the basis that Christian wasn’t personally affected by the fact that Brigitte Macron would have been born Jean-Michel Trogneux, he decided to refile the case as a group of French citizens, with the added accusation of “violation of female dignity”.
- Two of the added plaintiffs are known in the Brigittology scene: Alexandra Brazzainville and Stéphanie Reynaud, a French podcaster and truth-teller who runs de channel Tribune Libre.
- On August 1st, 2025, a week after the complaint was publicly filed with the Paris court, the X account of Christian Cotten was disabled.
- On October 9th, Christian Cotten tweeted that Alexandra Brazzainville had added a tenth complaint of “transphobe activity” to the case, specifying that Brigitte Macron does not provide clarity about her gender-at-birth, and implies that being transgender is shameful, thereby insulting and defaming transgender and intersex persons like Alexandra, and creating an atmosphere of discrimination of such persons.
- The court will probably run out the clock before they reject the case, and they will have to find a better excuse than in the Sixth Case.
- People who want to add their name as a plaintiff (only for French citizens) or give financial support to the case can do so by sending Christian an email.
