Cyber bullying

• Xavier Poussard, who lives in Milan, Italy with his Italian wife and kids, had already been questioned by the Italian police on behalf of the French authorities in 2023.
• This first interrogation was not pertaining to his publications on Brigitte Macron, but were an attempt to smear him as an anti-semite in response to the Brigittegate publications.
• The only result was that the lackeys of the French MSM now always mention that Xavier is accused of anti-semitism.
• It looked as if Xavier Poussard was not going to be persecuted at all in the Brigittegate affair and the Fourth Case, because of not living in France: the French police can do nothing in Italy.
• However, in July 2025, Xavier explained in several interviews how he was summoned to the police station to undergo questioning on the request of the French court.
• These interrogations take place in Milan on the request of the French court, in the following manner:
  • the questions that need to be asked are sent to Milan in French by the French court
  • they are then translated in Italian for the police to know and understand what they are supposed to be asking
  • during the interrogation, a translator re-translates the questions back into French for Xavier to answer
  • the answers are then translated in Italian by the translator and recorded in Italian by the Italian police officer
  • the list of answers in Italian is then translated into French and sent to the French court
  • but because the French court doesn’t trust the quality or honesty of the Italian translations, they have sent a French officer to Milan to be present during the whole interrogation and take notes about what is being said by Xavier first hand
  • you can’t make this up, but such is life in Macronia
• Because he felt the accusations coming already many months earlier(Zoé Sagan and Betrand Scholler were already indicted in December 2024 in the Fourth Case), Xavier purposefully decided not to sell his bestselling book Becoming Brigitte in a kindle version: his publications of both the book and the Faits & Documents newsletters are only available in hardcopies, making it impossible to claim these publications consist of ‘cyber bullying’.
• A first interrogation has taken place on September 17, 2025.
• Xavier considers the chances of an extradition to France by Italy very slim, as this is not an important criminal matter, and France has refused to extradite some terrorism suspects in the past, which greatly upset the Italian authorities.
